Cocktail Menu.

This time i was asked to do the pictures of the menus of those two bars, they were under the same manager and he wanted similar styles for the two different menus.
Those bar are pretty famous in Trieste, Italy, for being synonym of good quality ingredients and really creative in the making of the cocktails, also pretty famous for party nights, making them the cores of the city night life.
At the time of the shootings, i didn’t want to overcomplicate of put too much stuff in the photo so i wanted just to let the bartender do their cocktails and then present them to me. The last details were added to the final image of the drink to create the the final image.
I used two light one from the left and one from the right, with the left one a bit less strong so is making only the general illumination and the right one to light up properly the cocktail on the counter.

Questa volta mi è stato chiesto di fare le foto dei menu di questi due bar, che erano sotto lo stesso gestore e che voleva stili simili di fotografie per i due differenti menu.
Questi bar sono piuttosto famosi a Trieste, sono sinonimo di buona qualità degli ingredienti e di grande creatività nella preparazione dei cocktail, oltre che per le serate di festa che li rendono fulcro della vita notturna della città.
Al momento delle riprese, non volevo complicare troppo le foto e volevo lasciare che i barman facessero i loro cocktail e poi me li presentassero. Gli ultimi tocchi come piccoli dei dettagli secondari al drink li ho organizzati assieme al barman, per rendere l’immagine ricca e attraente.
Ho usato due luci, una da sinistra e una da destra, con quella di sinistra un po’ meno forte, in modo da rendere solo l’illuminazione generale e quella a destra che illumini bene i cocktail sul piano di presentazione.
